The Joys of Spam

January 8th, 2010

Well, I woke up today to a fun spam email.

It’s not hard to figure out what is legit and what is not, and this looked wrong from the start.
But ya’ll know me, so I decided to bite.

Merry Christmas, UBT!

December 14th, 2009

Hey Guys!

As a nice holiday treat for the Ubuntu Beginners Team ( and trust me, they deserve everything that they get this year! ), I’ve parsed logs that the fantastic Nathan Handler was able to get to me from the last few months. I got it into a nice XML format, ( I’ll put the perl script up on whube soon ) and put it through Codeswarm.

ffmpeg was not cooperating today, so it’s really compressed. SORRY! I’ll make it fancy, add some colors, and clean it up in time for Christmas Eve :)

Merry Christmas ( part one ) UBT! Video is after the break!
